⬢NØCTuRNΞ//NYC
Captured on the banks of the Hudson River on a night when the temperature dropped to –7°F, NØCTuRNΞ//NYC was not made in a single frame but through endurance and construction. Working with a telephoto lens, I recorded fifty-six separate exposures, each one taken with numbed hands against the winter air.

These fragments were later stitched together at my workstation, carefully aligned into a single panoramic vision. The result is not simply a document of New York City, but a meditation on process: a city disassembled and rebuilt, a nightscape forged through patience, precision, and persistence.

Nocturne.NYC stands as both an image and an artifact of endurance — a work shaped as much by the cold and the hours as by light and shadow.

A meditation in monochrome—purity drawn from shadow. The calla’s form emerges like breath from darkness, each curve suggesting both invitation and restraint. Water beads along its edge as if time itself paused to admire the geometry of life.

Within the silence, the flower becomes a monument to simplicity and grace.
